As the final battle raged on, Reimu's doppelganger grew weaker, her dark powers waning in the face of Reimu's newfound resolve. With a blinding flash of light, the doppelganger vanished, leaving Reimu standing alone in the wasteland. Returning to Gensokyo, Reimu felt a sense of peace she had never known before. The encounter had taught her a valuable lesson - that true strength comes from accepting one's flaws and embracing one's true nature.
